Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return. The 14- day window begins 7 days after the item ships, or 14 days from the time you received the item, whichever is greater.
Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday period, we offer an extended return program, which allows more time to return purchased items. Items purchased or delivered from November 1st through December 25th will qualify for an extended return window beginning on December 26th and will have until January 24th to start a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be provided with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return. Swimwear, body suits, worn jewelry, face masks, intimates, shoes, and last call items are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We will only accept unopened items, in their original packaging. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Damages during in-transit must be reported directly with the mail carrier and will not be refunded by us.
Change/Cancellation of Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Customers must follow the return policy to obtain a refund, minus shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges. Only returns can be processed via mail, following our return policy.
Last Call Merchandise
Merchandise marked “last call”, and/or any merchandise ending in $XX.98 is considered final sale (Sold “as is”) and is not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
Returns on Split Tender Payments
if you paid for your order using different types of tenders (i.e.: multiple credit cards, a credit card and a gift card, etc.), we will refund you with the same amount credited to each type of tender. If unable to refund to the same payment methods, a gift card will be issued for the amount that could not be refunded back.
If original-price merchandise goes on sale within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, we will refund you the price difference as long as the original receipt is provided for verification during the promotion. Last call items do not qualify for price adjustments.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping charges of $7.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
