How to contact us?

For any questions or concerns, click Contact us or email us directly at glamboxjewels@gmail.com. Our goal is to respond to our emails within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays). 

What are your hours of operation?

The website is available 24/7, but customer service may be reached via chat or email.  We do our best to reply to all inquiries within 24-48 hours of receipt, within the hours of 11am-6pm EST.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diner’s club cards are accepted. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Shop Pay, with many more in the works.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We pride ourselves in processing and shipping most orders ship within 3-5 business days*, but orders could take up to 15 business days to arrive (Excludes 1-3 days of processing) depending on the location of the shipping warehouse (Warehouses in USA, and abroad, including Great Britain, Italy and China).

*During the holiday season processing time can take up to 7 business days.  

*Covid shipping delays may be experienced in some areas (Approximately 2-3 business days delay possibility). We will do our best to communicate delays to our customers.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is at a flat rate of $7.99.  Orders of $100 or more (Excluding taxes) ship for free.  Expedited shipping ($15.99) and 2nd day Air ($23.99) shipping rates are also available.    Most merchandise ships via USPS mail carrier.   Refer to the Shipping policy for additional information.

Do you ship outside of the US?

The GlamBox Jewels currently ships to the United States and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  International shipping is not available.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled.  Customers have the option of returning unwanted items following the return policy.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

How do I return an item/order purchased?

Most merchandise can be returned.  Returns can be processed within 14 days of purchase, with valid receipt. Review return policy for details. 

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

Any returned orders due to incorrect shipping address will not be reshipped unless customer agrees to pay additional shipping charges. The GlamBox Jewels will not refund any orders because of a wrong address. 

*Customers must double check shipping address before submitting all orders.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage. Once orders leave The GlamBox Jewels headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS or other mail carrier.  All customers claiming damage must submit a damage claim directly with the Mail carrier and follow their instructions.

My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave The GlamBox Jewels headquarters, they are under the responsibility of the mail carrier.  All customers claiming loss or theft must submit a claim directly with the mail carrier and follow their instructions.   

Which brands are sold?

We search for the latest trends and styles, as well unique and handmade items from the United States, and abroad.  From small independent brands to well-known designer brands in fashion, jewelry and accessories. 

Do you sell top luxury designer brands?

Yes.  The GlamBox Jewels inventory includes top designer brands.  Merchandise from top designer brands, such as Gucci, is a 100% authentic and will arrive in its original packaging; Just as if it had been purchased directly from the brand.
